|Musical sequences are for Light-O-Rama* (LOR) users only.
Pricing is based on the number of channels and the length of the song.
There is a 3 song minimum on all new-client orders.
|The channel counts shown above apply to ordinary LOR channels.
RGB programming is available for dumb pixels and LOR CCDs.
Contact us to discuss those items.
|CUSTOM SEQUENCING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Client must provide the music files in either mp3 or .wav format. We do not sell music. All mp3 files will be
converted to 128 kbps constant bit rate (CBR) as required by the LOR Sequence Editor. The converted
(and/or edited) music files will be returned to the client with the completed sequence. We guarantee the
sequence's playability (and timings) only with the associated music file that we return to you.
Client must provide a current channel configuration file (.lcc), along with a workably representative
animation drawing or Visualizer file (.lee). Orders without one or the other will be declined, unless part of
your order includes having it created for you.
Client must possess Light-O-Rama Showtime software, version 3.0 or higher (preferably a LOT higher) in
order to open and/or play custom sequences. Advanced license level is presumed, alert us if you have
elsewhat. LOR S2 software WILL NOT play custom sequences, nor will S2 be used to create any custom
sequences. Author is a voluntary software beta tester for LOR, therefore custom sequences are almost
always created using the newest software version. Please advise if you foresee any issues over this.
At this time payment terms are limited to personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. All custom
sequencing is prepaid. No exceptions. A minimum deposit of one-third (plus the cost of doing an
animation or Visualizer drawing, if applicable) is required from new clients when the order is placed. As
sequences are delivered, additional payments become due. Unpaid work gets bumped from the active
job queue and moved to the end of the waiting list, which pretty much assures it won't be done this year.
All prices include unlimited email and/or telephone support for one year from date of delivery.
Sequencing is subjective and people's tastes are different, so the more information and
feedback you provide regarding your preferences, the more excited and satisfied you'll be
with the finished product. If you haven't already done so, you need to view a few Clearwater
Lights videos BEFORE you order to get a feel for the sequencing style you can expect.
When you order custom sequencing you're paying for the time, effort, and talent it takes to
create each sequence from scratch. NO REFUND is given once work has begun on an order.
We will promptly correct any mistakes or remedy minor issues, but any significant re-working of
a completed sequence after delivery will incur additional charges.
